Dear Neighbour,
We are writing to update you on the upcoming dismantling of Tower Crane 3A and Tower Crane 4 within the Camden Goods Yard main site.
There will be extended hours required on the Saturday and Sunday of each week to complete this work. We have permission from the London Borough of Camden to work outside of our normal weekend site hours.
The Tower Cranes will be dismantled on the following days:
- Tower Crane 4 will be dismantled during the 16/09/2023 – 17/09/2023, between 08:00-18:00
- Tower Crane 3A will be dismantled during the 30/09/2023 – 01/10/2023, between 08:00-18:00
Mobile cranes for the dismantling work will arrive at Stephenson Street (the access road to Juniper Crescent) on Saturday between 6am and 8am, in accordance with the traffic movement orders. They will have their engines and lights off until 8am, when the site gates open. Due to police embargo restrictions, the cranes will need to leave the site after 8pm.
While the dates above have been scheduled with our contractors, should wind or weather become a factor we may have to re-schedule works to one of the weekends following the dates noted. Should this be the case we will update residents accordingly.
