Camden Council have approved plans for some limited out of hours works at Camden Goods Yard, as per the information below:
The fit out works will be internal only and not disturb residents.
The works will take place until 6th March 2024 at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 12.00am (midnight)
- Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 – 12.00am (midnight)
There will be up to 10 staff working under supervision by a site manager-supervisor of the subcontractor and one manager from St George. Initially. For the time being works will complete will complete by 10pm each day. However, in the unlikely case that it is required, works are permitted to continue until midnight.
Works are to be undertaken in full compliance with current Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations (2015) which sets out the framework for how construction works are safely managed and delivered. In line with the approved Construction Management Plan (CMP), there will be no deliveries, external works or vehicle movements outside of approved site hours. We will also be restricting the use of equipment such as saws, to no later than 10pm.
